MCPD was developed by Dr. Alin Posteuca, who is also the co-author of Manufacturing Cost Policy Deployment (MCPD) and Methods Design Concept (MDC): The Path to Competitiveness which will be published by Productivity Press din New York (USA) in March 2017. Also, MCPD will be publicly presented at the World Productivity Congress to be held in April 2017 in Bahrain.
