Am utilizat diferite metode de cercetare \u015ftiin\u0163ific\u0103 (definirea \u015fi verificarea de ipoteze, cercet\u0103ri de teren, cercetare de laborator, chestionare \u015fi interviuri).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adesea, e\u015fecul par\u0163ial al indicatorilor cheie de performan\u0163\u0103 deriv\u0103 din comportamentul managerilor. Deseori, managerii sunt frustrati la sf\u00e2r\u015fitul perioadei de evaluare, din cauza e\u015fu\u0103rii totale sau par\u0163iale a indicatorilor cheie de performan\u0163\u0103. Deci, \u00een opinia noastr\u0103, Management Branding ar trebui s\u0103 fie \u00een\u0163eles ca un semn de \u00eencredere, ceea ce face din companie o reprezentare unic\u0103 \u0219i special\u0103 \u00een ochii propriilor angaja\u0163i. MB este despre fiecare aspect relevant al realit\u0103\u021bii modului de munc\u0103 dintr-o organiza\u0163ie pentru a atinge acel nivel acceptabil de concentrare, coeren\u0163a \u015fi implicare a managerilor \u00een raport cu valorile \u015fi obiectivele companiei, a\u015fteptat de fiecare parte implicat\u0103 (ac\u021bionari, salaria\u021bi, clien\u021bi, furnizori, autorit\u0103\u021bi etc).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ca oricare alt brand al companiei, MB este o percep\u021bie care are nevoie de strategii de marketing, pentru fiecare produs \u015fi\/sau pentru fiecare serviciu prestat, are nevoie de strategii de comunicare \u015fi de rela\u0163ii publice pentru valorile perene ale companiei filtrate prin nevoile contextuale ale afacerii.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cen opinia noastr\u0103, MB permite p\u0103r\u0163ilor interesate s\u0103 creeze leg\u0103turi emo\u0163ionale \u00eentre ele, care au ca rezultat intensificarea rela\u0163iilor interumane \u015fi o cre\u0219tere a gradului de loialitate \u00een companie.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">MB permite p\u0103r\u0163ilor interesate s\u0103 se defineasc\u0103 prin exemple concrete de comportamente ale managerilor \u00een concordan\u0163\u0103 cu valorile companiei \u015fi fiecare context. Astfel, MB devine o for\u0163\u0103 social\u0103 \u015fi psihologic\u0103, un element de legitimitate, un activ necorporal, o putere de structurare a realit\u0103\u0163ilor din companie. Valoarea activului necorporal MB poate cre\u015fte sau sc\u0103dea reputa\u0163ia managementului unei companii. MB sprijin\u0103, de asemenea, toate m\u0103rcile unei companiei din perspectiva comportamentelor manageriale contextuale care reflect\u0103 promisiunea brandului global.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Revenind la principiile Lean, \u00een multe companii, principiile Lean sunt \u00eenc\u0103 aplicate doar la sec\u021biile de produc\u021bie, \u00een timp ce managerii de suport \u00eenc\u0103 nu ajut\u0103 pe deplin la internalizarea acestor principii \u00een \u00eentreaga companie. Jum\u0103tate din companie folose\u015fte principii Lean (sec\u021biile de produc\u021bie), iar cealalt\u0103 jum\u0103tate a companiei este \u00eenc\u0103 tradi\u0163ional\u0103 (fluxul de informa\u0163ii din birourile de suport).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cen concluzie, din punctul nostru de vedere, avem nevoie de MB din dou\u0103 motive principale:<br \/>\n1. Identitatea comportamental\u0103 managerial\u0103 pentru to\u0163i managerii din perspectiva principiilor Lean \u015fi din perspectiva valorilor companiei (pentru ambele tipuri de departamente: productive \u015fi de suport);<br \/>\n2. Men\u0163inerea rezultatelor (standardele actuale) \u015fi \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u0163irea constant\u0103 a rezultatelor folosind comportamentul managerial a\u0219teptat (\u201cbrandul\u201d), indiferent de contextele de afaceri, pentru a nu asista la volatilizarea rapid\u0103 a rezultatelor Lean ob\u0163inute anterior cu multe eforturi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A\u0219adar, avem nevoie s\u0103\u2026<br \/>\n\u2026dezvolt\u0103m manageri care s\u0103 \u00eenteleag\u0103, s\u0103 tr\u0103iasc\u0103 \u015fi s\u0103 \u00eenve\u0163e o cultur\u0103 axat\u0103 pe oameni \u015fi s\u0103 sprijine productivitatea, calitatea, inova\u0163ia &amp; \u00eenv\u0103\u0163area, leadership-ul general \u015fi cre\u015fterea echilibrat\u0103;<br \/>\n\u2026s\u0103 \u00een\u0163eleag\u0103 implica\u0163iile coeziunii identit\u0103\u0163ii echipei de management pentru atingerea obiectivelor congruente: pia\u021b\u0103 \u2013 companie \u2013 management \u2013 operator;<br \/>\n\u2026deblocarea \u015fi captarea continu\u0103 a creativit\u0103\u021bii tuturor angaja\u0163ilor (\u00een special \u00een r\u00e2ndurile operatorilor).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prin:<br \/>\n\u2026pozi\u0163ionarea MB \u00een contextul ini\u0163iativelor manageriale de productivitate \u015fi de calitate;<br \/>\n\u2026\u00een\u0163elegerea MB;<br \/>\n\u2026\u00een\u0163elegerea conceptelor de baz\u0103 ale MB \u015fi ale proceselor acestuia.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tab][vc_tab title=&#8221;Defini\u021bia Management Branding&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;1379698493-2-10&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Management Branding este un sistem managerial care, printr-o abordare integrat\u0103, creeaz\u0103 \u0219i sincronizeaz\u0103, \u00een vederea aplic\u0103rii, identit\u0103\u021bi comportamentale manageriale contextuale, \u00een vederea sporii productivit\u0103\u021bii organiza\u0163ionale \u015fi\/sau a cre\u015fterii economice.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u2022<\/em>\u00a0MB este produsul managerial democratic al organiza\u021biilor la care lucreaz\u0103 to\u021bi managerii acesteia pentru a-l \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bi \u00een mod continuu \u0219i se refer\u0103 la crearea \u0219i la recrearea continu\u0103 a identit\u0103\u021bii manageriale comportamentale contextuale ca o parte integrant\u0103 a culturii companiei. Top managementul este creatorul culturii companiei. Se creeaz\u0103 Documentul Central scris de agreare a strategiilor comportamentelor contextuale ale managerilor pentru perioada viitoare, plec\u00e2nd de la nivelul cel mai de sus p\u00e2n\u0103 la ultimul nivel managerial \u2013 viitoarea declara\u021bie public\u0103 de comportamente. Fiecare manager din companie va avea un Ghid al Comportamentelor adaptat la provoc\u0103rile afacerii pentru perioada urm\u0103toare. Fiecare comportament al fiec\u0103rui manager este armonizat cu toate comportamentele colegilor manageri \u0219i ulterior cu al colegilor operatori pentru a \u00eendeplini \u021bintele indicatorilor de performan\u021b\u0103 ai companiei \u0219i ai perioadei de referin\u021b\u0103;<br \/>\nMB este un produs care este livrat \u00een interiorul \u0219i exteriorul organiza\u021biei \u00een func\u021bie de ciclul de via\u021b\u0103 al echipei manageriale, al ac\u021bionarilor, al proceselor afacerii, al afacerii \u00een ansamblul ei, al produselor \u0219i serviciilor afacerii \u0219i al segmentelor de pia\u021b\u0103 (clien\u021bi, furnizori, competitori);<br \/>\n<em>\u2022<\/em>\u00a0Produsul managerial MB este cel care va ajuta managementul la proiectarea, testarea, implementarea \u0219i \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea continu\u0103 \u0219i consistent\u0103 a productivit\u0103\u021bii, a calit\u0103\u021bii, a inova\u021biei, a leadership-ului \u0219i a cre\u0219terii;<br \/>\n<em>\u2022<\/em>\u00a0MB r\u0103spunde fiec\u0103rui manager \u015fi echipei manageriale la \u00eentrebarea: care este contextul actual al companiei \u015fi cum trebuie s\u0103 m\u0103 comport sau s\u0103 ne comport\u0103m pentru a atinge obiectivele actuale \u015fi viitoare ale companiei, av\u00e2nd ca puncte de referin\u021b\u0103 misiunea, viziunea \u0219i valorile firmei;<br \/>\n<em>\u2022<\/em>\u00a0MB este o solu\u021bie la efectele pierderilor de tip Mura (neregularit\u0103\u0163i \u00een opera\u0163iunile operatorilor) \u0219i de tip Muri (supra-\u00eenc\u0103rcarea echipamentelor sau operatorilor). Ne-am propus ce dorim s\u0103 facem, avem eventual indicatori de performan\u021b\u0103 cascada\u021bi p\u00e2n\u0103 la nivel de individ, dar avem echipa managerial\u0103 care s\u0103 duc\u0103 la \u00eendeplinire planul secund\u0103 de secund\u0103? (\u00een scopul \u00eendeplinirii obiectivelor strategice), dezvolt\u00e2nd comportamentul contextual la nivel de management prin folosirea de \u201cagen\u0163i de schimbare\u201d pentru a avea impactul scontat asupra tuturor operatorilor. \u00cen a doua etap\u0103, MB se concentreaz\u0103 pe integrarea comportamentelor din prima faz\u0103 la nivel de cultur\u0103 organiza\u0163ional\u0103 \u015fi nivelul valorilor afacerii, integr\u00e2nd strategiile companiei pe termen mediu \u015fi lung la un nivel acceptabil de productivitate, calitate, inova\u0163ie \u015fi \u00eenv\u0103\u0163are, lidership \u015fi\u00a0 cre\u015ftere echilibrat\u0103. \u00cen opinia noastr\u0103, termenul \u201cacceptabil\u201d se refer\u0103 la nivelul suportabil de c\u0103tre toate p\u0103r\u0163ile
