Dar conducerea de top a descurajat un astfel de sprijin, deoarece au considerat c\u0103 nu exist\u0103 niciun efect concret pentru \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea situa\u021biei financiare a companiei.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Apoi, dup\u0103 ce compania a cunoscut un caz de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.springer.com\/gp\/book\/9781849962681\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">contribu\u021bie a MDC<\/a> la revolu\u021bia companiei, a fost organizat\u0103 o echip\u0103 de proiect pentru implementarea sistemului MDC, controlul performan\u021bei \u0219i m\u0103surarea productivit\u0103\u021bii la cinci fabrici. Proiectul a fost <em>full time<\/em> pentru o echip\u0103 de 30 de ingineri. A durat aproximativ 5 ani pentru cinci fabrici.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rezultatele au ap\u0103rut \u0219i \u00een pres\u0103. Povestea a fost c\u0103 <em>compania B<\/em> a redus num\u0103rul de angaja\u021bi cu 1.000 de lucr\u0103tori \u00een decurs de trei ani, ca urmare a activit\u0103\u021bilor MDC. A \u00eensemnat reducerea num\u0103rului de angaja\u021bi din industria de produc\u021bie de la 5.000 la 4.000. Rezultatele reducerii au fost urm\u0103toarele: 200 de angaja\u021bi la pensionare, 800 au fost angaja\u021bi de companii afiliate sau transfera\u021bi pentru munca externalizat\u0103.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rezultatele activit\u0103\u021bii proiectului nu au avut succes numai pentru cre\u0219terea productivit\u0103\u021bii companiei, ci \u0219i pentru pozi\u021bia companiei \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te m\u0103surarea productivit\u0103\u021bii \u00een r\u00e2ndul altor concuren\u021bi. Basic industrial engineering technologies are not hackneyed. Effective results come when industrial engineers know how to use the technologies and demonstrate their abilities. This includes going back to the basics. Dr. Sakamoto insists that the fundamentals for a higher level of Syakaku is only possible to reach through a higher level of profitability based on a higher level of productivity. There are so many arguments and targets for improving productivity for the purpose of competitiveness in the world market. Dr. Sakamoto has more than 50 years of management consultant experience and he has very good feedback from his clients - top management - especially regarding the direct contribution to corporate performance with his own developed methodology of MDC, method design concept and work measurement rather than introducing a lot of fashionable topics. Basic industrial engineering technologies are not hackneyed. Effective results come when industrial engineers know how to use the technologies and demonstrate their abilities. This includes going back to the basics. Dr. Sakamoto insists that the fundamentals for a higher level of Syakaku is only possible to reach through a higher level of profitability based on a higher level of productivity.
