Figura arat\u0103 c\u0103 rezultatele activit\u0103\u021bilor proiectului (cercul st\u00e2ng) nu se conecteaz\u0103 la c\u00e2\u0219tigul de productivitate ca activit\u0103\u021bi reale de \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bire (cercul st\u00e2ng). Preocuparea managementului de top pentru activit\u0103\u021bile proiectului este \u00eentotdeauna un punct cheie c\u0103tre succes. Rezultatele nu sunt ob\u021binute pur \u0219i simplu cu tehnicile adoptate precum MDC sau orice alte abord\u0103ri de \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bire, ci pasiunea conducerii de top pentru activit\u0103\u021bile proiectului este mult mai important\u0103 pentru succes.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8221;11324&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">b) Abordarea bazat\u0103 pe inginerie r\u0103mas\u0103 din metodele actuale, mai degrab\u0103 dec\u00e2t reducerea nesf\u00e2r\u0219it\u0103 a MUDA, \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea pierderilor sau \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea bazat\u0103 pe participare. MDC este un instrument pentru ingineri industriali, profesioni\u0219ti \u0219i nu amatori care sunt interesa\u021bi de metodele actuale.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">c) Echipa de proiect special organizat\u0103 cu membri cu norm\u0103 \u00eentreag\u0103. Nu este u\u0219or s\u0103 organiza\u021bi o anumit\u0103 echip\u0103 de proiect, dar ar trebui s\u0103 o face\u021bi. M\u0103rimea depinde de zonele vizate \u0219i\/ sau de dimensiunea organiza\u021biei. Estimarea aproximativ\u0103 a unei echipe de proiect MDC este de 10% din angaja\u021bii din zon\u0103. Aceast\u0103 dimensiune poate satisface activit\u0103\u021bile proiectului MDC \u00een termen de 3 ani. Basic industrial engineering technologies are not hackneyed. Effective results come when industrial engineers know how to use the technologies and demonstrate their abilities.
