Managerii \u0219tiau c\u0103 aceste probleme determin\u0103 cre\u0219terea costurilor unitare (<em>spare parts; utilities; scrap &amp; rework;<\/em> volum de produc\u021bie mai mic cu acelea\u0219i costuri fixe etc.) \u0219i o productivitate mai sc\u0103zut\u0103 (MTTR \u0219i MTBF deficitare; ciclu de timp standard cu varia\u021bii mari; num\u0103r mare de <em>breakdown<\/em>-uri \u0219i mici opriri etc.).
