Realizarea acestui obiectiv va dezv\u0103lui \u00een permanen\u021b\u0103 rezervele ascunse de profitabilitate printr-o transformare armonioas\u0103 a fluxului de produc\u021bie, coordonat\u0103 de necesitatea continu\u0103 de a \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bi costurile de produc\u021bie. Stabilirea obiectivelor anuale \u0219i a mijloacelor pentru ameliorarea costurilor de produc\u021bie (mai exact pentru costurile pierderilor \u0219i \u00eendeplinirea exact\u0103 a acestora) necesit\u0103 mobilizarea tuturor persoanelor din companie pentru a desf\u0103\u0219ura activit\u0103\u021bi de \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bire sistematic\u0103 (<em>kaizen<\/em>) \u0219i ac\u021biuni de \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bire sistemic\u0103 (<em>kaikaku<\/em>) \u00een procesele fiec\u0103rei familii de produse.
