Day II

  1. Lean thinking at the level of administrative functions: Sales, Marketing, Operations, Order Processing, New Product Design, Inventory Control, Purchasing and Inventory Management, Scheduling and Production Control, Human Resources, Quality Management, Cost accounting, General Accounting;
  2. Future State and improvement of Value Stream Mapping (future state VSM – demand/ flow/ leveling; Kaizen and Kaikaku; create Kaizen and Kaikaku plans; Kaizen in 12 steps; implementing Kaizen and Kaikaku plans) – Kaizen examples;
  3. Process Mapping (defining Process Mapping; defining the purposes of the processes; chosing the process targets; documenting the current situation in 10 steps; analyzing and querying processes; loss analysis; creating action plans; criteria for prioritization; symbols; KPI) – exaemples;
  4. Tangible and intangible results;
  5. Methods Design Concept (MDC) – Beyond Traditional Kaizen;
