Cost-Competitiveness Improvement through MCPD Transformation Training

5-Years Warranty for Annual Unit Cost Improvement of 6%.

What Is This Cost Improvement Training and Why Is It Unique and Innovative?

To be honest, many of those who make improvements just review what has already been designed. There are many companies that use certain systems called Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence (based on Total Quality Management (TQM); Industrial Engineering (IE); Just-In-Time (JIT); Lean Manufacturing (LM); Six Sigma and World Class Manufacturing (WCM), which simply reorient intelligent and well-intentioned people’s efforts, run a large part of Kaizen’s projects unnecessarily, and many production programs are as they have been designed from the beginning. The common denominator of these companies is the same: ensuring an acceptable level of effectiveness and efficiency for current production method, but does not in any way guarantee consistent and scientific cost reduction and continuous achievement of Annual and especially Multiannual Target Profit. As from the MCPD perspective, between 30-50% of the unit cost of each Product Family Costs (PFC) is associated with Cost of Losses and Waste (CLW), MCPD through Exegens® guarantees min. 6% annual unit cost improvement for minimum 5 consecutive years.

During this training program, through the three organizational practice simulation discussions, the participants better understand the practical approach to Cost Improvement by applying MCPD and learn to apply Kaizen and Kaikaku to meet Cost Improvement Targets in order to move towards an innovative management model needed to support a Cost Improvement transformation to ensure continuous and consistent company profitability.

In this context, achieving an acceptable level of long-term profitability requires the full involvement of management teams and all staff from the company and beyond. MCPD through Exegens® does this (see the example below).

Therefore, the continuous reduction of unit costs is – and will remain – one of the fundamental tasks of the management teams of any company to ensure the necessary level of profit. MCPD through Exegens® does this.

The Manufacturing Cost Policy Deployment (MCPD) system was created by Dr. Alin Posteucă, founder and CEO of Exegens®, in over 20 years of practical and scientific research, and has been published in the three books so far published at Productivity Press, Routledge/ CRC, New York, USA.
