What Is This Cost Improvement Training and Why Is It Unique and Innovative?

To be honest, many of those who make improvements just review what has already been designed. There are many companies that use certain systems called Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence (based on Total Quality Management (TQM); Industrial Engineering (IE); Just-In-Time (JIT); Lean Manufacturing (LM); Six Sigma and World Class Manufacturing (WCM), which simply reorient intelligent and well-intentioned people’s efforts, run a large part of Kaizen’s projects unnecessarily, and many production programs are as they have been designed from the beginning. 3) Profitability and Productivity Scenarios as the Pursuit of Productivity Vision

4) Organizational simulation: Pro-Cost Improvement Revolution, Round 1.
Participants will analyze un example of Annual Transformation Example through MCPD System (Manufacturing Cost Improvement - MCI with at Least 6% per Year for a Product Family Cost - PFC) and will develop their own understanding of the MCPD implementation in their organization;

5) Debrief and reflection.

After Day 1, a meeting of participants will take place from 18:00 until 19:00 for networking.

Participants will analyze Profitable Improvement Projects Implementation through MCPD for MCI toward Maximizing Outputs (with real Kaizen and Kaikaku for MCI) and will develop their own understanding of MCPD implementation in their organization.

15) Organizational simulation: Pro-Cost Improvement Revolution, Round 3.
Participants will analyze Profitable Improvement Projects Implementation through MCPD for MCI toward Minimizing Inputs (with real Kaizen and Kaikaku for MCI) and will develop their own understanding of MCPD implementation in their organization.
