Lead the Shift to Synchronous Profitable Performance

with Dr. Alin Posteucă

Why Strategic Kaizen Now

Step beyond incremental improvement and embrace the discipline of Strategic Kaizen Transformation (SKT). Guided by Dr. Alin Posteucă – the architect of Strategic KAIZEN, Takt Profit, KAIZENshiro Budgets, Synchronous Profitable Operations, etc – this programme empowers senior leaders to synchronise cost strategy with operations, achieving profitability without capital investment.

By mastering SKT, executives lead their organisations into the ideal state of synchronous, profitable performance, where operational excellence and financial resilience converge.

In today’s hyper-competitive markets, leaders cannot rely on incremental improvement or isolated efficiency gains. They need a system capable of reducing structural costs, protecting margins, and ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery – all without additional capital investment.

Strategic Kaizen Transformation (SKT) provides exactly that: a disciplined, profit-centred methodology that synchronises operations with strategy and delivers sustained competitive advantage.

Transform Your Organisation’s Economic Engine

Equipment and people productivity, product quality and on-time profitable deliveries are too important to your business success not to make an effort for an SKT program and to have an effective SKT Manager to carry out the strategic and operational guidance of improvements to continuously hit TAKT PROFIT target.

SKT replaces traditional, reactive improvement with a proactive, strategic approach that enables organisations to:

  • Reduce KAIZENshiro Costing from 40% to 10%
  • Achieve 6% cost reduction every year for five consecutive years
  • Consistently meet Takt Profit and ROI expectations
  • Expand capacity without capital expenditure

This is the performance level demanded by top-tier competitors.

What Organisations Achieve Through SKT

Tangible Results

  • 45% increase in productivity
  • Equipment efficiency rising from 50–70% to 80–90%
  • ~80% reduction in unplanned downtime

About the Certification Programme

The Strategic Kaizen Manager Certification prepares leaders to design, deploy and sustain SKT across their organisation.

Through a four-week, non-consecutive learning journey, participants integrate:

  • executive-level learning modules
  • simulations and case work
  • structured group discussions
  • real-world applications inside their own company

Between each session, participants implement SKT methods and deliver measurable results.

Programme Flow

To support an SKT initiative, the program is divided into four 1-week sessions for: planning, development, implementation and support.
These week-long sessions run for approximately 4 months.

During the three intervening weeks between each session week with Dr. Alin Posteucă, participants apply the learning at work and present the results at the next session.
