Vă invit să vedeți răspunsul meu la întrebarea lui Michael Sinocchi: „Puteți planifica și executa îmbunătățiri strategice ale productivității fără a face cheltuieli mari?”

Este evident că este timpul ca organizațiile să treacă la următorul nivel de gândire pentru îmbunătățirea productivității. Este necesar ca organizațiile să treacă la transformarea Strategic Kaizen pentru a-și aduce operațiunile la starea ideală, la starea de operațiuni sincrone și profitabile.
