Măsurarea muncii: studiul timpilor si al miscarilor

Determinarea capacității reale a unei companii este foarte importantă. Capacitatea este formată din munca cu valoare și din pierderi. Determinarea necesarului de muncă se stabilește prin diferite metode de măsurare a muncii. Pentru aceasta se utilizează o serie de metode pentru studiul timpilor (cum ar fi REFA) și pentru studiul mișcărilor (MTM si MOST fiind cele mai cunoscute).

În acest context, care sunt cele mai uzuale metode de măsurare a muncii și care sunt dezavantajele lor?
