Manufacturing Cost Policy Deployment (MCPD) is the systemic and systematic manufacturing cost improvement methodology, with the full support of productivity science, to increase profitability through productivity. The basic goal of MCPD system is to ensure a sustainable competitive supremacy through Cost-Competitiveness Improvement to achieve Real Structural Profit Reform based on Productivity Reform.

The mission of the Manufacturing Cost Policy Deployment (MCPD) group is to join together to network, to learn, to facilitate the free exchange of ideas, to maintain and build new relationships that aim to increase multi-annual profit through the MCPD system.

Strategic productivity and profitability consultant and researcher, Alin Posteucă, Ph.D., Ph.D. is transforming the way companies approach their strategic transformation.
