Oboseala operatorilor si productivitatea

Așa cum se știe foarte bine, productivitatea este strâns legată și de ciclul de timp al operatorilor, al echipamentelor și/sau al unei linii. În timp, variațiile semnificative ale ciclului de timp (ciclul de timp standard vs. ciclul de timp real) determină amplificarea nesincronizărilor dintre procesele din flux (work centers) și, implicit, un deranj asupra standardizării nivelului de stoc minim și maxim, creșterea lead time, a overtime, a problemelor echipamentelor și mai ales neîncadrarea în takt time. În acest context, apar adesea situații de suprasolicitări ale oamenilor, ale echipamentelor și ale spațiilor de depozitare care creează waste de-a lungul întregului flux de producție și nu numai.

Dr. Alin Posteucă is a consultant in productivity and profitability, CEO of Exegens® and the author of Manufacturing Cost Policy Deployment (MCPD) and Speed-Based Target Profit (SBTP) concepts. He has an MBA Degree and a BA Degree in Accounting and Computer Science and he is certified Public Accountant in Romania. He has published in various research journals and presented papers at numerous conferences and congresses regarding Productivity, Profitability and Industrial Engineering.

Dr. Alin Posteucă is the author of Manufacturing Cost Policy Deployment (MCPD) and Speed-Based Target Profit (SBTP) concepts, published in four books at Productivity Press – Routledge/ CRC, New York (USA).
