Work measurement: time and motion study

Determining the actual capacity of a company is very important. Capacity is made up of value-added work and losses. Determining the appropriate work level is made by different work measurement methods. In order to do this,  a number of methods for Time Study (such as REFA) and for Motion Study (MTM and MOST being the most popular) are used.

In this context, what are the most common work measurement methods and what are their weaknesses?
